Coach Fannie (Francis) is the head Muay Thai instructor, bringing over a decade of dedicated training and experience to the mat. He has trained with many respected coaches and fighters across the globe, including extensive training in Thailand, Queens NY, Denver, Los Angeles, and Lesvos, Greece. His background reflects a strong respect for the traditions of Muay Thai while integrating modern training methods shaped by diverse environments and coaching styles. Exposure to different coaching philosophies and training environments has helped him build a practical, adaptable approach to martial arts that emphasizes strong fundamentals, discipline, and real application.
Known for his technical knowledge and attention to detail, Coach Francis emphasizes strong fundamentals, proper technique, intelligent striking and individualized approaches to finding your own style. His teaching style is disciplined yet approachable, creating an environment where beginners feel supported while advanced students are continually challenged to sharpen their skills and performance.
In addition to leading the Muay Thai program, Coach Fannie assists Coach Sam with the competition team, supporting athletes through focused training, preparation, and development. He contributes to strategy, conditioning, and mindset work, helping fighters prepare for the demands of competition.

Coach Fannie also leads our kids and teens Muay Thai programs, creating a structured, positive, and safe environment for young athletes. He emphasizes discipline, confidence, and respect while helping youth students build strong fundamentals and develop a lasting love for training both on and off the mat.
